Secretary - Listed Company
Duties:
Providing a wide range of administrative and secretarial support, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and minute taking
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents as required
Handling general inquiries and correspondence on behalf of the leadership team
Coordinating events and functions, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting with various operations tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business
Providing backup support to the team as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 8years of experience in a similar secretarial or operations support role, ideally in a sizable company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to priorities effectively
Proficient in MS Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure
